CANCELLATION POLICY

Deposits are Non-Refundable. Same day cancel or no-shows there is 85% cancellation fee. Must give 24 hour cancellation Policy and Procedures No Extra Guests or Children. Space is limited and the environment is not made for kids! There will be a $20 charge for Any extra guests that is not getting a service, unless approved before appointment. Once you’ve arrived, Park on the Street, Do Not Block or Park in the Driveway. Please remain in your car, and Text/IM your arrival! There is a 15 min grace period. After 15 minutes, your appointment is automatically cancelled. All services are finalized with no return at the time of purchase.
